How long does my order take to ship?

Thank you for your purchase. The majority of products are ready to go and will be shipped by the following business day. If your product needs to be made to order we have a 3-5 day production time frame.

Rest assured we will be working very hard to get your product shipped as soon as possible!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Great question, unfortunately at this stage we only offer shipping Australia wide.

What is your return policy? 

As a small family business we pride ourselves on perfection and attention to detail, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your product we can absolutely discuss the issue and offer returns on a case by case basis. We do not do process refunds or returns for a change of mind/circumstances.
